  • Each programme is tailored specifically to your vision and needs. We will always be fully transparent when it comes to costs. All our fees are calculated in two categories:

    1. Fixed Fees: 

    These include all facilitator/ coaching fees based on a daily/ weekly rate, as well as the administrative costs of planning and delivering your project.

    2. Variable Fees:

    These include any costs associated with accommodation, transportation*, meals, activities and any third-party providers engaged during your trip.

    The variable fees will depend largely on the comfort standards and preferences you share with us in your brief. 

    *In-country transport only. Please note that Project Latitude does not organise or cover the costs for your transportation to or from the project destination.

  • We know that time is your most valuable commodity. Some formats that could work for you may include:

    • 1-3 Days: A focused, high-impact workshop designed to address critical challenges and spark immediate insights.

    • 4-7 Days: Step away from the everyday, create space, slow things down, and reset your team’s rhythm.

    • 8-14 Days: Add depth to your program by taking the time to assimilate new thought patterns and reengineer your team’s source-code.
