CHALLENGE

Push your boundaries and expand what you believe you are capable of. Project Latitude challenges are defined by having single, measurable goals. Challenges are not easy – and so projects are built around clear plans of action and executing on that plan so that the impossible becomes possible. You will need resilience, you will need to be tough, but you will conquer a noteworthy objective and you’ll never be the same again.

Project Latitude challenge projects, some examples:

How long?

How long would you like your adventure to be?

How it works

How we create customised itineraries tailored to you

IT STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION…

One of our team will reach out to arrange a time to talk through your vision. We usually recommend meeting in person as this allows us to get a better sense of your values and objectives. It also gives you a chance to ask any questions about Project Latitude and our process.

THE PROPOSALS

A short time after our initial meeting, our projects team will schedule a call to present a first Proposal. This is an opportunity for you to make your mark on the project, brainstorm ideas with the team and clarify some of the details. We’ll then incorporate your feedback and draft the final Specification of your project.

PLANNING

This is when our administrative team will get to work putting your Project together, coordinating all the logistics (food, transport, accommodation, etc.) and assembling the team of facilitators.

Prior to the Project start date, you’ll receive the Administrative Instruction. This document outlines all the necessary information you will need ahead of your departure; including an itinerary, accommodation, packing list, and any relevant medical/ safety/ security information.

DELIVERY

This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for! Just hop on your flight to meet your team, and let the journey begin!
